Charatsidis Underwear allows the return of products. In all cases of product return it is necessary to print, fill in and send with the product the form you will find here and the payment receipt or the purchase invoice.

The cases in which product returns are allowed are the following:

(a) Return of incorrect product

In case the product delivered to you is incorrect (ie not the product you ordered) you can return it back to us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

(b) Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. Product returns are only accepted if the product is in its original condition (unworn and undamaged). In any case, the return costs, which are €5 per package, are borne by the customer.
In order to return a product, it is necessary to follow the procedure described above in paragraph (a).
In any case, we recommend that you return the product by registered parcel with a declared value of the actual value of the product, so as to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel.

(c) Return of Defective Product

In cases of defective products and as long as the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has not passed, they are returned according to the procedure described in paragraph (a).

(d) Cancellation of Order

(e) Refund

In the event of a product return, your money will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the product from our company, as long as the product is unused (not worn and not altered) and accompanied by the retail receipt.
